| In 2014 a restless collective of musicians, dancers and DJs in Tokyo joined forces to pursue their passion music. They formed the 11-member band Banderas. The musical focus is Latin American music with influences of Funk, Reggae and Afrobeat. With their music they don’t just want to imitate or copy the traditional music – they’re enriching it with different influences and flavours. It’s about creating an own creative, explosive mixture and keep on pushing things forward. |
